How Can severe Numbness In The Feet Be Treated?

Hi, Lately I have been experiencing more and more numbness in my toes and on the sides of my feet. This happens when I wake up and stand up after sitting a long time. Another interesting tidbit, my feet have a slight yellow tint, which doesn t occur anywhere else on my body. I am very active and run 30-40 miles a week.

it appear tobe peripheral neuritis , so exclude diabetes. take tab neurobion forte daily for 30days. refrain from smoking.
